We only ask for what we need to post your letters, and we keep it safe.

What we collect

When you subscribe, we ask for your name, email, phone number, postal address and chosen plan, plus a payment reference if you give one. We never receive your bank details, UPI PIN or card number: payments happen inside your UPI app or PayPal.

Why

Only to check your payment, post your letters and write to you about your order. We never sell your details, and we won’t send you marketing without asking first.

How long

We keep order details for 1 year after your last letter ships, then delete them, unless the law asks us to keep them longer.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. During checkout your browser remembers your order number for a little while, so a reload doesn’t lose it, and forgets it once you’re done.
